We were fortunate recently to have Marc Dansereau as our speaker. Marc shared his personal experience of losing a beloved daughter Bernadette, and how Hospice helped him and his family through this tragedy. Read more to see how you can help.
Marc's family appreciated so much the help, care and counselling they got from Hospice, specifically Canuck Place where the family was able to stay by Bernadette's side during her treatments in Vancouver. This led to Marc using his sand sculpturing talents (a fun activity he had with Bernadette) to help support our local Hospice. Marc is a director of Shuswap Hospice.
