Ronalee McMahon, our speaker at the August 21 meeting, spoke about the history and future of the Salmon Arm Fall Fair. This year's fair, the 120th, is "Something to Crow About". New this year will be Shuswap Shines featuring the Shuswap's best singers from past Shuswap Idol competitions; Super Dogs, the world's most amazing dogs; Sip & Savour, a delicious sampling of beer, wine and food from the North Okanagan Shuswap; Elvis, Mini Chuckwagon Races and many old favourites such as Memory Lane and the Pioneer Collectors' Club.
