Shuswap Music Festival a Success

Over the years, many promising participants have pursued successful careers in music. Others have become members of choirs and community bands.  The two-week long festival culminated with a Gala Concert featuring the Best of the Festival on Friday, April 29, at the First United Church in Salmon Arm.  Rotary has been involved with sponsorship and volunteers since the very beginning.  At the Gala Concert, Jeff den Biesen, a long-time member of the Salmon Arm Club, was honoured by the Music Festival Society to recognize his constant involvement in the program over the years.
